Au Gratin Stuffed Potatoes
2 Wisconsin potatoes
8 oz Wisconsin Brick Cheese
Scrub and dry potatoes. Remove a cylinder from the center of each potato with an apple corer. Fill each cavity with cheese.
Seal potato ends with tiny pieces of cylinders which had been removed. Bake in moderate (350°) oven until tender, about 45 to 50 minutes.
